Use command /cd region edit <region_id>, and click on any region to access the region settings menu

The material displayed in the region list menu, and the drop region menu.

Permission

The permission the user needs to access this region.

Ignore Blacklist

Enabling allows drops with this region to function in any blacklisted world, within the region.
